Remote Wednesday Art Class Reminders
1. Gather your art supplies before class begins.
2. Find a quiet place to log on.
3. Arrive on time.
4. Greet Mr. G with a HELLO!
5. Mute your microphone.
6. Be attentive to the instructions and follow along.
7. Review Mr G's website if you missed a Google Meet or need to review directions in detail.
8. Try your best!
9. Have fun!

M/T Cohort and Th/F Cohort
When M/T cohort is learning from home and when the Th/F is learning from home you may view a video and complete the art actvity for art class.

Mr. G recorded How to Draw and How to Build videos located in our Google Classroom. This is artwork to complete at home. Visit our Google Classroom to watch the videos and draw/build along with me.
1. Build a Found Object Winter Wonderland, Snow Castle, or Snow Fort
Collect an array of white items from around the house and use them as blocks to build a Snow Castle.
Suggested materials: white items from around the house such as mugs, cups, tissue paper, paper towels, cotton balls, or anything white
2. Build a Found Object Snowman
Collect an array of items from around the house to build a snowman. Begin with three plates.

Build a Found Object Rabbit
Use items from around the house in a new way! Use a paper plate for the rabbit's head. Use small toys, office supplies, kitchen items and more for the rabbit's ears, mouth, eyes, nose, and whiskers. Have fun!
Optional Art on Your Own
Torn Paper Rabbit
Lesson Materials: construction paper, glue stick, scissors, and pencil
Step 1: Draw a large circle for the rabbit’s head. Draw a smaller circle inside the head. Use cups or bowls to make the circles if you wish. Draw long ears and a neck.
Step 2: Cut strips of paper, rip it into pieces, and glue to make the fur of the rabbit. If it’s difficult to rip the paper, cut small slits into the edge of the strips as a way to begin each tear.
Step 3: Rip white paper to fill in the small circle on the face. Rip pink paper to add inside the ears.
Step 4: Add details to the rabbit such as eyes, a nose, whiskers, a mouth, bows, and carrots.
